- Playdate/Event request must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance.
- Please fill out the date and time of event to make it easier to see if staff are available and to reserve areas (if needed).
- Once form is submitted, you will be contacted through email (imsports@csuchico.edu) to get more information; to confirm/deny your request.
